A mobile real-time power monitoring system was installed in the commercial and industrial property owned by Ii Municipality, and 2 different compressed air compressors and air handling units were connected to the system. The power consumption of the compressed air compressor was monitored at night and during the day.

The air compressor was modified for pressure level and runtime, and the equipment underwent annual maintenance. Modifications to the compressed air compressor resulted in savings of approximately 60000 kWh in electricity. In addition, changes were made to the automation’s lighting control and the time control of the lighting was also reviewed.
